Overview:

Malt House Cottage is a detached two bedroomed self catering riverside retreat, situated in the heart of Worcestershire. Sitting alongside the River Severn, It’s tranquil setting is calm and friendly all year round.  With only a 5 minute walk away from the pretty town centre of Upton upon Severn this place is easy to reach. Please note the property has steps to be able to get inside, therefore we respect some may need to bear in mind accessibly prior to booking.

The Space/Rooms:

This wonderful cottage can hold up to 6 guests and is packed with all the working features you would expect. The accommodation is split over first and second floors, two large sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The 1st floor bedroom has a king sized bed with a bathroom opposite across the hall. There is also a dressing table and wardrobe as well as bedside tables. The 2nd floor bedroom is a twin bedroom, with 2 single beds, desk and comes with an en-suite shower room.

The cottage also includes a corner sofa bed and a large balcony off the living room overlooking the River Severn.

As you approach the property there is a private courtyard which can comfortably hold up to 3 cars (on average). Perfect for individuals, friends, couples and families looking for a riverside retreat in the heart of England’s countryside.
