This is our second stay at the property and we really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect with a quick walk into town and the many great pubs, but it is also really tranquil and quiet. I particularly like the balcony overlooking the river Severn – it’s so relaxing sitting out there. We previously stayed with another couple and it was perfect with two bathrooms and parking for two cars.

Great property in a lovely location. Very clean with first class facilities. Would highly recommend to others. Had plenty to do in the surrounding area which is in easy reach of the Malvern hills and the Cotswold’s.

Beautiful location! Such a peaceful spot to watch the boats, Swans and world go by! A great little town, with everything you need and PLENTY of pubs to choose from (we visited The Swan and the Anchor and food was brilliant in both!).
Super hosts, attentive and really easy to communicate with!

Fantastic location everything on your door step. The cottage is everything you need with the added benefit of the balcony to sit and watch the world go by will definitely be a one to go back to.

The property is ideally situated in the lovely village/small town of Upton on Severn. The first floor balcony having direct and lovely view over the river. The property itself provided everything we needed for our stay including excellent parking. A couple of hundred yards from the house along the river side you also have access to footpaths across open fields which was great for our dog.

3rd time of staying at this accommodation. It has been upgraded since our last stay and as always has not disappointed. A great comfortable place to chill and explore the surrounding area, with several choices to go and eat in Upton within easy walking distance. Will no doubt be returning in the future.
